Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:

- Pay all fees and charges as agreed

Fees and Payment

Third-party costs (government fees, professional service fees, etc.) are passed through at cost and are the client's responsibility.

Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred up to the termination date.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
- Arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
